About Our MAT Program
Personalized Prescription's Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) pharmacy offering a customized prescription delivery:
- Filled by our pharmacy
- Dispensed during the patient’s scheduled visit
We support 7, 14, or 28-day buprenorphine prescriptions, tailored to each patient's treatment plan.
Clinic Coordination
Personalized will deliver medications to your clinic in coordination with appointments. A Personalized Prescription representative will supervise dispensing. If a patient misses their appointment:
All non-dispensed prescriptions are returned to the pharmacy at the end of the business day —
