Our pharmacy is dedicated to empowering patients, providers and other organizations providing treatment options for opiate addiction. We are invested in improving the health—and the lives—of the people we serve. During these challenging times we are geared to minimize exposure for those patient populations most at-risk.
Personalized provides a level of service and support that is rarely seen today. Our patient satisfaction rate is more than just a metric—it is a reflection of our commitment to caring for patients on their terms. Our process is designed to assist in achieving positive outcomes through coordinated care of all involved with a patients treatment plan.
Our staff collaborate with providers, drug manufacturers and payers to guide patients through every step of their treatment— from streamlining prior authorizations to ensuring an efficient, patient-centric prescription process and coordinated efforts between providers, patients and our pharmacy staff to ensure the highest level of personalized care.
Prior authorizations (PA) are very common when dealing with insurance coverage and prescription medications. Insurance carriers maintain close oversight to minimize costs of the prescription process, which may delay or result in providers having to prescribe a totally different medication. While accurate paperwork is important, other factors such as insurance benefits, insurance formularies and previous medications to name a few also contribute to the PA process. Several insurances mandate that an agent of the clinic manage the PA request, however at Personalized we work with our clinics in the nuances of the appropriate paperwork to expedite the PA process in an effort to ensure our patients receive their prescriptions as soon as humanly possible.
