Personalized Prescription is a free pharmacy service, with absolutely no charge to prescribing providers.
Our process is designed to assist in achieving positive outcomes through coordinated care of all involved with a patients treatment plan. Several partnering providers attribute their steep decline in broken appointments to utilizing our pharmacy offering. When a patient breaks a same day scheduled appointment - prescriptions are required to be transported back to our pharmacy and backed out of the system. Our process involves a patient waiting for 24 hours prior to their prescriptions being filled, resulting in the patient being delayed until the 2nd day after their broken appointment to receive dispensed prescriptions.
Our pharmacy and pharmacy staff conduct a comprehensive I-STOP verification both the day they receive the prescriptions and again the day prescriptions are processed to be filled and dispensed for our patients - providing an additional layer of compliance for both our providers and our pharmacy.
Personalized Pharmacy contacts patients 48 hours prior to prescriptions being filled and dispensed to ensure all personal information is correct and to arrange for payment. While we accept most insurance plans, we do offer competitive pricing on medications for those patients who are without insurance. Personalized will work with each clinic to ensure patient's medications are delivered at each corresponding visit.
